Today we broke up in two groups one group is the primary group for AFEC – (American Family Entertainment Center) and secondary is the School project. And vice-versa for the other team there main focus is the school and then AFEC. I am in the group primarily focused on AFEC. Some basics facts are that privately owned yet are in a chain of about 4-5 location in Wyoming, Montana, and Rexburg. The problem is this is the only location losing money anywhere from $4,000 to $40,000 grand a year. They have only been open for a couple of years so in average they loose about 10 grand a year. Our goal is to help them get back in the Black financially.
To do this we broke up in our 5 categories and then 3 area of focus. I am in a team of 11 people I am the only financial (capital) person which will require a lot of work on my part. I am excited but very nervous. I have never been so involved with this type of system.
My goal this week is to establish the 20 questions to ask regarding capital so I can best evaluate there situation, then as a team we can improve their customer service and capital gains.
