Levels of Initiative: at the moment is it six steps
Wait – we are past this point
Ask – we are now at this point
Recommend – we are also at this point
Do It, Report Immediately – we are almost there but it must first be passed through the boss (Brad Adams)
Do It Routinely
Do It
Stewardship Delegation is:
Desire
Resources
Guidelines
Accountability
Consequence
Results
We also broke into our 5 engines or groups – myself I am part of the Capital Group, I also have a unique role to be involved with both classes. Both the Comm 250 and this Class Comm 455, our goals for both are similar, yet very different, the 250 class job is consulting for the interior business, whereas the 455 class maintains interiorly, yet they look at others helping them. We have two major projects/ clients the first is the school BYU-Idaho (which is more public) the second is the American Family Entertainment (privately owned.)
The 250 class is going to help the 455 class in being organized structurally internally and mainly focusing on how to help the 455 class. I am excited because I get to work with both parties and gain an insightful perspective. I will be a liaison between the two classes as a “roaming consultant” helping everyone see both class perspectives.
